Business by the Book Workshops
This series consists of 7 workshops covering key business areas:
- Ownership and Purpose
- Leadership
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Organization and Marketing
- Planning
- Business Excellence/examples of good practice in Slovenia
Individual BBTB workshops
– are organized every week or every second week;
– are conducted in small groups of 5 up to a maximum of 12 people;
– last 2 ½ – 3 hours;
– are based on a series of DVDs complemented by the student workbook, which participants fill in and keep as a wonderful manual when conducting their business, as well as for their personal life. Participants who have faithfully attended the workshops will receive a CD with audio supplements at the end.
